A passionate manager who enjoys getting their hands dirty and working alongside their employees in the trenches.
Having been given the opportunity to move into management a few years ago, I jumped at the opportunity to take on new challenging tasks and to lead a team I had been a part of. I enjoy working alongside my team, especially during difficult times in order to get tasks and projects across the finish line. My management style is a mix of collaborative, coaching, and delegation.
From my early days at Glu (later acquired by EA), I always looked to take on different tasks in areas I wasn’t familiar with. UI, Meta, and Gameplay have been my core concentration, but I have also worked within, Graphics, Animation, and AI. I have mostly worked within Unity (using C#) professionally, but personally I have worked extensively in Unreal (using C++) as well. That being said, I am comfortable working in both or learning a completely different engine altogether.
For personal projects, I really enjoy exploring architectural visualization, using Blender and Substance to create rooms and houses. In Unreal and Unity, I like experimenting with simulation and AI, creating characters that learn and interact with each other.
